"My recent shopping experience left me frustrated..."
I went ahead with a purchase, and out of nowhere, my account got suspended. It's been stuck in verification for five days now. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever faced. I've shot them several emails, but no reply has come my way. This ain't the way to treat customers. I just can't wrap my head around why it takes so long to check the documents I submitted.

I made a transaction and, as a result, my account was suddenly suspended. It has been in the verification process for the past five days. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have been sending emails to them, but I have not received any response. This is not how a person should be treated. I cannot comprehend why it takes five days to verify the attached documents.

It's been a month since they froze my cash, and they won't give it back. They say they have no clue when I'll see my funds again, leaving me feeling powerless as I see my money stuck in bitcoin on my account, with no way to get to it. Their behavior is heartless and shows a total lack of empathy.

Heads up: I still ain't seen any cash like they said I would from this broker. Watch out, they ain't handling withdrawals. I've put in several requests to withdraw, but nada in my account. Other folks are grumbling about the same problem with their withdrawals too. Thankfully, I was able to secure my refund. Don't put any cash in with them.

I've been really patient, but I can't get to my funds in the Wirex system. Trading, adding money, or withdrawing is off the table since my cards are blocked. The problem is that WireX Support hasn't replied to my many support tickets or the loads of documents I've sent, like a utility bill to prove where I live. Two months have gone by with no response from them. Even though I was verified and had been using WireX for a while, I found out I hadn't verified my proof of residence. I quickly uploaded the needed document, a recent utility bill, but my account and cards are still locked. It's super frustrating not being able to access my money. I've sent a bunch of requests to support, but they just seem to ignore me. I've got a good chunk of cash tied up in there, and if I don't hear back soon and get this sorted, I'm gonna have to warn my friends about WireX.

Warning: I still haven't received any funds as promised by this broker. Beware, they are not processing withdrawals. I have submitted multiple withdrawal requests but haven't received any funds in my account. Other clients are also complaining about the same issue of withdrawals not being processed. Luckily, I managed to get my own refund. Do not deposit any money with them.

UPDATE: Still no answers, still no help, thanks a lot. It seems like getting back into my account is a lost cause if the 2FA is gone, since the support team is completely unresponsive. I put in my request on July 1st, but I'm still waiting to hear back. I just submitted another request today and now I guess I’ll have to sit tight again.

UPDATE: Unanswered and unresolved, thank you. It appears that recovering access to the account is impossible if the 2FA has been lost, as the support team does not respond at all. I submitted my request on July 1st, but I have yet to receive any response from them. I have recreated the request today and will have to wait once again.

“I actually have the same question. The website seems pretty cool, and having the option to get a linked debit card is a nice feature. However, on the other hand, there's a major drawback - once you transfer money to Wirex, you can't do anything with it. You can't even exchange it for BTC or touch it in any way. It's just stuck there, and to make matters worse, the support team doesn't respond even after multiple help requests. This situation raises suspicions that Wirex might be a scam company.”
